In so far as Oxbridge is concerned, a student may only apply to only
one of the two universities,
Cambridge or
Oxford, not
both. The application must be completed and sent by October 15. There
is a paper addendum to the normal UCAS application accompanied by 10
pounds sterling. Only students that have excellent academic records
should apply to Oxbridge, those students who will receive at least 40
in the International Baccalaureate, or an average of over 15 on the
French Baccalaureate. The application is submitted and the student may
be asked to send two or three written papers that have been marked by
their teachers. The student may then be invited to exams and interviews
in December. The offer will be given in early January, and it is then up
