The training schedule is structured around the tournament timetable organised by the UNSS.

From September until the October holiday there is an opportunity to work on basic individual skills, team play and a chance for team members to start playing together.

The ?district? phase of the competition then starts (with local schools) and training continues when there are no matches.

In February the group elimination phase starts (including teams from throughout Paris) where the winning team goes on to the next stage.

Training continues there after and friendly tournaments are organised towards the end of the year.
